Manufactured by industrial system which uses two metal cylinders at the furnace exit. The upper roller is smooth and the bottom is what actually prints the desired pattern to the glass. The spacing between the two rollers determines the thickness of the glass.
After printing, the flat glass that is not completely rigid, is driven by a set of rollers allowing the temperature to decrease slowly and gradually, ensuring the quality of the material. In the next step of the process, glass ribbon is cut into sheet sizes, going through the quality control process, packaging, storage and shipping.
